    Deciding Plastic Bag Specifications

    1. How is a plastic bag measured?

    To measure a plastic bag, lay it flat. The width is the first number, then the height. For example, if your bag is 15” wide and 18” tall, it is a 15” x 18” bag. If the bag has a gusset (a fold on the side), lay it completely flat and measure the gusset all the way across. If your bag has a side gusset of 4”, your bag would be a (15+4)” x 18” bag.

    2. What is the difference between high density and low density plastic bags?

    High density is the crinkly or frosted type of plastic bag. Merchandise bags and singlet bags are available in high density plastic. Grocery store type bags are generally high density bags. These bags are economical and durable. Low density is the smooth glossy type of plastic bag, often used in retail applications and for trade shows. Both merchandise bags and singlet bags are also available in low density plastic.

    3. Do you offer recycled bags or biodegradable bags?

    Yes, we do manufacture recycled, oxo-biodegradable, and biodegradable plastic bags. Please request the type of material when placing your order.

    4. How thick does my plastic bag need to be?

    The thickness of your bag depends on its use. Contact Us now by specifying your business needs so that we can advise you on the thickness of your bags.

    5. What type of handle is suitable for my bag?

    The suitability of the bag handle depends on the functionality and comfort of the bag. Check and identify the type of bags here.

    6. How many bags do I have to order?

    The minimum order quantity for a printed or plain plastic bag varies depending on the size and thickness of the bag. Contact Us now to get to know your minimum order quantity.

    7. What are the bag colours I can choose from?

    We have a variety of master batches that produces bags with different colours. You may write to us at [email protected] or call +607-520 5308 to enquire more.

    8. What are my ink colour choices?

    When choosing an ink colour, you can choose any PMS (Pantone Matching System) colour you want. Customer must supply PMS colour.     9. What types of artwork file formats can I submit?

    We use Adobe software. We prefer original files to be sent in Adobe Illustrator format (AI file) so we can manipulate the artwork and make spot colour ready. Any of the following formats: Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher or any other documents or formats such as JPEG, GIF, BMP, PCX, or other low-resolution raster images cannot be accepted as artwork and artwork charges will apply for recreating your image into Adobe Illustrator.
